DESCRIPTION:Eligibility Requirements  \n\nMust be an active Fareconnect Travel Advisor. \n\n\nMust be actively selling leisure travel and all-inclusive vacations. \n\nNote – New agents may apply; however\, acceptance is based on availability and demonstrated commitment to the travel industry.  \n  \nParticipation Requirements  \nAgents must attend all scheduled:    \n\nResort site inspections \n\n\nSupplier presentations \n\n\nEducational sessions \n\n\nGroup networking events \n\n\nParticipation in social media promotion during and after the FAM is encouraged. \n\nApplication Process  \n\nComplete the online application form. \n\n\nFAM space is limited (40 agents). \n\n  \nCosts  \n\nAgents are responsible for their own airfare\, tips and transfers \n\n\nTravel insurance is strongly recommended.\n\nCancellations  \n\nCancellation penalties may apply after confirmation. \n\n\nNo-shows may affect eligibility for future Fareconnect FAM programs.\n\nProfessional Expectations  \n\nParticipants are ambassadors for Fareconnect and RIU Resorts and are expected to conduct themselves professionally throughout the event. \n\n  \nSelections  \nSelection priority may be given to agents who:  \n\nDemonstrate active sales production. \n\n\nParticipate in Fareconnect events and webinars. \n\n\nHave not recently attended a RIU-sponsored FAM. \n\nDeadlines  \n\nRegistration is open and closes on the 15th of July 2026 \n\n\nConfirmation emails will be sent to agents on or before the 20th  of July 2026 \n\n\nAgents that are accepted for the FAM must have flights booked by the 31st of July and the itinerary sent to events@fareconnect.com.  Agents who do not send flights by that date will be removed from the list. \n\nWaitlist  \nAs these FAMs tend to be popular\, we will be creating a waitlist. Agents on the Waitlist will be informed on August 1st if they have secured a spot.
